Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how and where Jholo App ("Jholo") delivers your orders.

1. Service area

We deliver within Kaladhungi town and nearby villages in Nainital district, Uttarakhand. We do not ship outside our local service area or to other cities or states. If your address is outside our area, we will inform you before confirming the order.

2. Delivery hours

Orders are accepted and delivered between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, all days of the week. Orders placed after hours are delivered the next morning.

3. Delivery time

Most orders are delivered on the same day. The estimated delivery time is shared when your order is confirmed. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, road conditions, festivals or item availability, and we will keep you informed.

4. Delivery charges

• Within Kaladhungi town: from ₹20 per order.
• Nearby villages: from ₹30 per order, based on distance.
• The exact delivery charge is always shown before you confirm your order.

5. Delivery process

• Our delivery partner will call you on arrival. Please keep your phone reachable.
• If you are not available, the partner will wait for a short time and try to contact you again. Repeated failed attempts may lead to cancellation as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Please check items at the time of delivery.
